The Border City 2

Seoul, located behind a ceasefire line where the North and the South are technically still at war, is the last border city in the world. Philosophy Professor Song Du-yul, who lives in Berlin, has not returned home to South Korea in 35 years. Branded as a North Korean spy despite his proclamations of innocence, he risks arrest if he returns to his country. In 2003, he decides to fly back to Seoul, thus touching off a fire-storm of controversy that re-exposes the deep division and prejudice still present since the Cold War.
